2Cuenta y elegibilidadAccount and eligibility
Debes proporcionar información veraz y mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales. Eres responsable de la actividad en tu cuenta. Debes tener capacidad legal para contratar y usar el Servicio con fines lícitos, propios o de tu negocio.You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account. You must be legally able to contract and use the Service for lawful purposes, your own or your business's.
3Planes, pagos y costos de tercerosPlans, payments and third-party costs
- El Servicio se ofrece por suscripción (bolsa de conversaciones) o on-demand (crédito prepagado). Los golems Lite no cobran por mensaje: se cobra cada capacitación.The Service is offered by subscription (conversation bundle) or on-demand (prepaid credit). Lite golems have no per-message cost: each training is charged.
- La renta cubre la inteligencia (IA), que es nuestro servicio. Los servicios externos (p. ej. Twilio, WhatsApp/Meta) se facturan aparte como costo pasante.The subscription covers the AI, which is our service. Third-party services (e.g. Twilio, WhatsApp/Meta) are billed separately as pass-through costs.

Amounts paid are non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4Uso aceptableAcceptable use
No debes usar el Servicio para actividades ilícitas, engañosas o que infrinjan derechos de terceros, ni para enviar spam, malware o contenido prohibido, ni para eludir límites técnicos o de seguridad. Podemos suspender cuentas que abusen de la plataforma.You must not use the Service for unlawful or deceptive activities, or that infringe third-party rights, nor to send spam, malware or prohibited content, nor to bypass technical or security limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
5Tu contenidoYour content
Conservas la titularidad del conocimiento y contenido que cargas. Nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesarlo con el único fin de operar el Servicio para ti (p. ej. entrenar y ejecutar tus golems). Eres responsable de tener los derechos sobre el contenido que subes.You retain ownership of the knowledge and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you (e.g. to train and run your golems). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
6Naturaleza de la IANature of the AI

You should review critical information (prices, availability, terms) before acting. You are responsible for how you configure and supervise your golems.
7Garantías y responsabilidadWarranties and liability
El Servicio se presta “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Monster Labs no será responsable por daños indirectos, lucro cesante o pérdida de datos. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a los montos que hayas pagado en los últimos 3 meses.The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monster Labs shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 3 months.
8Terminación y ley aplicableTermination and governing law
Puedes cancelar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o terminar el Servicio por incumplimiento de estos términos. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de México; cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de dicha jurisdicción, salvo disposición legal en contrario.You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico; any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
